Our Students
Our students come from a wide range of cultural, social and business backgrounds. At Intrax Chicago, it's all about diversity–whether young university students or seasoned professionals, our students enjoy the challenges and rewards that come with meeting their objectives. This is what a few of them have to say about their experiences at Intrax Chicago:
"What I loved the most about this experience is that it didn't feel like a simple job. I was there learning and working as much as any other person in the company. I was treated as an employee, not just as an intern. I was in direct contact with the owner of the business. I worked on projects for Macy's and Advocate and Harry's Bank, to name a few. I've never learned as much before as I did with my internship." –Alejandra Fernandez, Mexico
"I like the formal American business environment, so the internship at Streeterville Chamber of Commerce was a great fit for me. My internship provided me with terrific opportunities to get experience in one of the busiest business areas in Chicago. By working on tasks and communicating with my colleagues, my English skills improved incredibly!" –Parivat Viranuvat, Thailand
"Studying at Intrax in Chicago is great because it's a beautiful city!" –Yildirim, Ayhan
"Study in Chicago in America! It's a good culture to learn in. It's diverse, casual, and fun!" –Teng Yu-Ching

A Typical Day at Intrax Chicago
8:30 AM
Despite the fact that the classes start at 8:30 AM, many students arrive 20-30 minutes early. Some students finish their homework for the upcoming classes, others are in the computer lab, checking e-mails or reading morning news online, others like to meet at the center and then get breakfast together at a coffee shop on Michigan Avenue.
11:30 AM
Having Millenium Park across the street has made lunch time the most popular time of day. Students choose to enjoy their break time resting in one of the park's gardens while listening to the live music that is hosted in the park throughout the summer. Other Intrax students like to visit the "Park Grill" café for a wonderful outdoor dining experience.
