Method of Payment

Buyer's Right to Cancel
EXAMPLE: You enroll for 12 weeks of English Success on an Intensive schedule and pay $3,600. You want to withdraw after 3 weeks. Your refund is calculated as follows: 3 weeks out of 12 weeks = 25% completed. $3,600 (total paid) - $1,280 (4 week price) = $2,320 (amount of refund).
Accommodation Cancellation and Refunds
Accommodation Placement Fees are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your accommodation 2 weeks (or less) prior to your arrival, a US $150 Accommodation Cancellation Fee will be collected. To cancel or change your accommodation after arrival, at least 4 weeks prior notice must be given, otherwise accommodation fees for 4 weeks will be charged. The Accommodation Placement Fee is charged each time a new accommodation change is requested.
Visa Denial Provision
If you are applying for an F-1 Visa to study in the U.S. and your application is refund you will receive a 100% refund of all tuition and materials fee paid. The application fee, placement fees, airport transfer and express delivery fees will not be refunded. You must notify Intrax before your scheduled start date and provide documentation of the visa denial in order to receive a refund.
Liability
Intrax and its staff and representatives will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, however caused, except where liability is expressly imposed beyond exclusion by statute. Intrax will not be liable in the event that services contracted become impossible to supply by reason of any cause outside of the control of Intrax.
Intrax is registered within the State of California. Registration means we have met standards imposed by the state for registered schools on the basis of our written application to the state. Registration does not mean that we have met the more extensive standards required by the state for schools that are approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the information we submitted with our registration form.
Intrax does not participate in the Student Tuition Recovery Fund. Any question or problems concerning Intrax International Institute that have not been satisfactorily answered or resolved by Intrax should be directed to:
